The newly renovated apartment has a private entrance and an open-plan living area with a well-equipped kitchen. There are two bedrooms as well as a sleeping loft, with room for up to six guests. The apartment also has a balcony and a terrace with outdoor furniture and a barbecue. Outside, there’s a lawn with plenty of space for play and spending time outdoors.

The apartment has room for up to six guests, with two bedrooms and a sleeping loft. One bedroom has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. The loft has two single beds that can be pushed together if needed.
Kitchen & dining
A well-equipped kitchen for preparing meals during your stay. The terrace has outdoor dining furniture and a barbecue.
For all ages
A play corner, games, puzzles and books. Toys are available for both indoor and outdoor play.
Stay connected & unwind
Wi-Fi, TV and a workspace are available in the apartment.
Private entrance, balcony & terrace
Come and go through your own private entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee on the balcony and make the most of the terrace and the large lawn.
Safety during your stay
Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher and first-aid supplies are provided.

Booking & payment
When you book the holiday home, you agree to our booking, cancellation and house rules. Please read through the information below before your stay.
The full amount must be paid no later than 7 days before arrival. For bookings made less than 7 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid at the time of booking.
Payment information and details will be sent when your booking is confirmed.
High and low season rates
During the low season, the rate is SEK 795 per night or SEK 4,900 per week. During the high season, the rate is SEK 895 per night or SEK 5,900 per week.
High season runs from mid-May to mid-September. The exact dates vary slightly from year to year to follow full weeks, Monday to Sunday.

What’s included
Your stay includes access to the apartment with 6 beds, a balcony, terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue, as well as a large lawn. A high chair and travel cot for small children are available to borrow.
Free parking is available in front of or next to the house.
Bed linen, one towel and one bath towel per person are included.
Cleaning is not included. You can either clean the apartment yourself according to the instructions in the guest folder or add final cleaning for SEK 695.

Check-out: by 10:00
The key is kept in a key safe at the holiday home. Information about the key safe and the code will be sent before arrival.

Extra guests & campervan
Extra guests
You are welcome to have overnight guests as long as the maximum capacity of 6 guests + one baby is not exceeded.
For overnight guests over the age of 7, there is an additional charge of SEK 400 per person per night. Bed linen and towels are included. Please let us know in advance if you are having overnight guests and which nights they will be staying.
Visiting campervan
A visiting campervan can be parked on the farm for SEK 100 per night, including electricity.
Campervan guests do not have access to a shower or the possibility to fill up with water in the house. Please let us know in advance if a campervan will be visiting and which nights it will be staying.
Cancellation
The following cancellation terms apply:
At least 14 days before arrival: free cancellation.
7–14 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed amount will be charged.
Less than 7 days before arrival: 100% of the agreed amount will be charged.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your stay.
House rules
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the holiday home.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed indoors. An ashtray is provided on the terrace. If smoking has taken place indoors, the cost of any necessary cleaning will be charged.
Quiet hours
Between 23:00 and 06:00, we ask you to keep noise to a minimum around the farm. Quiet conversation and low-volume music or TV are of course fine.
Waste sorting
Please help us sort the waste. The black bins are located outside by the barn. More information is available in the guest folder.
Water
The farm has its own well, and groundwater levels in the area can occasionally be low. We therefore appreciate it if you use water thoughtfully and, for example, avoid having everyone in your group shower one after another.
Around the farm
Please be aware that there are electric fences where the cows graze. Entering the pasture is at your own risk. Toys and games are used at your own risk and under adult supervision.
Nature around the farm
You are very welcome to walk and play in the countryside around the farm. Please be considerate and follow the principles of Sweden’s Right of Public Access. More information is available in the guest folder.
If something gets damaged
Accidents can happen. Please let us know if anything is broken or damaged during your stay so that we can repair or replace it.
Good to know about the farm
Långaryd is a countryside property, that is cared for and maintained throughout the year. This means that maintenance, renovation or other work around the farm may occasionally take place during your stay.
We do our best to be considerate during your stay and avoid noisy work early in the morning and in the evening.
The farmland is leased out, which means that we cannot control when haymaking or other work in the fields takes place.
This is a natural part of life in the countryside and something you may experience during your stay.
